The existing planning assumptions use a flat fee based on order value: ₹15-50 for orders up to ₹300, ₹25-80 for ₹301-750, and ₹35-120 for orders above ₹750.
FBF (Flipkart Fulfillment): Store inventory at Flipkart warehouses. Higher visibility, faster delivery, but additional storage & handling fees.
Non-FBF: Keep inventory at your location. Flipkart picks up on each order. Lower fees but requires you to maintain stock and packing.
