What the Myntra Partner Portal is
Myntra runs a vendor-only portal rather than an open self-serve seller signup like Amazon or Flipkart. Once your brand is approved and a vendor code is issued, that vendor code is mapped to a primary email login on the Partner Portal.
Everything operational happens here: uploading styles, requesting inbound appointments for warehouse-model shipments, tracking orders in the marketplace model, raising claims, and downloading payment reconciliation reports.
- Warehouse (WH) model vendors use the portal mainly for purchase orders, appointments and inbound compliance.
- Marketplace (MP) model sellers use it for listings, order fulfilment SLAs and returns.
- Ads and visibility campaigns run through the M-Ads console, linked to the same vendor identity.
How to log in to the Myntra seller panel
- Open the Partner Portal link shared by your Myntra category or vendor-management contact during onboarding — always use the link from that official mail, not a search result.
- Enter the registered business email ID mapped to your vendor code.
- Enter your password, then complete the OTP or two-step check if your account has it enabled.
- On first login, set a permanent password and add sub-users for catalogue, operations and finance so nobody shares one credential.
- Bookmark the portal after a successful login to avoid phishing lookalike domains.
Resetting your Myntra Partner Portal password
- Click 'Forgot password' on the login screen and enter the registered email ID.
- Open the reset link from the mail — it expires, so use it in the same session.
- Set a new password that meets the portal's complexity rule (upper, lower, number, symbol).
- If no mail arrives, check spam and confirm the email ID on record matches your onboarding form exactly.
- If the registered email is no longer active, raise a vendor-email-change request with supporting authorisation from the registered entity — this cannot be self-served.
Common Myntra portal login errors and fixes
| What you see | Real cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Invalid credentials | Wrong email variant, or password never set after onboarding | Use the exact email from the onboarding mail, then run a password reset |
| Account inactive / vendor not found | Vendor code not activated yet, or deactivated for inactivity | Ask your category manager to confirm vendor-code status before retrying |
| No reset email received | Unverified or outdated registered email | Verify the email on record; request a change with entity authorisation |
| Access denied to a module | Sub-user role lacks that permission | Primary user updates role permissions in user management |
| Session expires immediately | Browser blocking cookies, or stale cached session | Use an incognito window, clear cookies for the portal domain |
| Page loads blank | Unsupported browser or aggressive extensions | Use latest Chrome with extensions disabled |
Each section of the seller panel, explained
- Catalogue — style creation, attribute enrichment, image upload, MRP and size-set mapping. Rejections here are almost always attribute or image-spec issues.
- Inbound & appointments — PO acceptance, appointment slots, carton labelling and barcode compliance for warehouse-model shipments.
- Orders — order release, packing, manifest and dispatch SLA tracking in the marketplace model.
- Returns & claims — customer returns, RTO reconciliation, damaged-in-transit claims and the claim window.
- Payments — settlement reports, commission and fee break-ups, TDS/TCS statements and reconciliation downloads.
- M-Ads — visibility campaigns, keyword and placement bidding, and campaign reporting.
If you don't have portal access yet
You cannot log in before a vendor code exists. Brands typically go through a brand pitch, category approval, agreement signing, and then vendor-code creation. Only at that point is a Partner Portal login issued.
If your application is stuck, the fastest fix is usually a cleaner brand deck, complete documentation, and a category-fit pitch to the right vendor manager.
