    Quick summary

Real e-commerce companies and marketplace agencies with offices in Noida, Delhi and Gurugram, what each does, and how to pick the right employer.

    TL;DR

Delhi NCR is home to marketplaces (Blinkit, Snapdeal, IndiaMART), e-commerce logistics firms (Delhivery, Shiprocket, Eshopbox), online-first brands (Mamaearth, Lenskart, Tata 1mg, Cars24, Urban Company) and many marketplace agencies in Noida and Delhi. Each type of employer teaches different skills. Below is a list of real companies with the office address each one publishes, plus how to choose between them. It is not a ranking.

    How we built this list

Every company below has an office in Noida, Delhi or Gurugram that it states publicly, in its own website, stock-exchange filings or terms of use. We link to the source for each one. We have not ranked companies, judged them as employers, or included salary or culture claims about them, because we have no reliable way to verify those. Offices and hiring change, so always check a company's own careers page before applying.

Listing a company here is not an endorsement, and none of these companies is affiliated with SW Cybernetics unless we say so.

    Marketplaces and quick commerce

Working at a marketplace means building or running the platform itself: seller onboarding, category management, ads products, operations and technology.

    E-commerce logistics and seller tools

These companies move orders, store stock and give sellers the software to ship. Roles here suit people who like operations, supply chain and solving problems at scale.

Marketplace agencies in Noida and Delhi

Agencies run Amazon, Flipkart and quick-commerce accounts for many brands at once. You see more categories and problems in a year than you would at a single brand, which is why many people start their e-commerce careers at one. Locations below are taken from each agency's own website.

Which type of company should you work for?

    • Marketplace: best if you want to work on the platform itself, such as seller programmes, category growth or ads products. Hiring is often competitive and roles can be narrow.
    • Logistics or seller tools: best if you enjoy operations, supply chain and process. You learn how orders actually reach customers.
    • Online-first brand: best if you want to go deep on one brand's products, pricing and customers, and see a long-term plan through.
    • Agency: best if you want to learn fast across many brands, categories and marketplaces. The trade-off is juggling several clients at once.

Whichever you choose, the skills employers ask for are similar: Excel, hands-on seller-panel work and marketplace advertising. Our guide to e-commerce jobs in Delhi NCR: roles, salaries and skills covers these in detail.

    Before you apply anywhere

    1. Apply through the company's own careers page. Be wary of anyone asking for a fee to get you a job.
    2. Check where the role is based. Many companies have several NCR offices, and a Gurugram role is a very different commute from a Noida one.
    3. Read the job description closely. "E-commerce" can mean ads, cataloguing, operations, sales or tech depending on the company.
    4. Ask what you will work on in your first three months. It tells you more about the role than the job title.

    Working at SW Cybernetics

We're one of the agencies on this list, so here are the facts from our job pages and nothing more: all roles are full-time and in-office in Noida, salaries are ₹3–15 LPA depending on experience, and the work covers brands on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart. The E-commerce Executive role welcomes freshers with internships.
