When a customer orders, the nearest dark store picks, packs, and dispatches the order within 2–3 minutes for a delivery partner to complete the last mile.

After registration approval, Blinkit assigns dark stores and provides inwarding slots (specific dates and time windows).
Pack products according to Blinkit specifications: proper barcodes, MRP labels, shelf-life labels, and outer carton details.
Deliver products to assigned dark stores during the inwarding window. You can use your own logistics or Blinkit-recommended transporters.
Blinkit staff inspect every unit: barcode scanning, shelf-life verification (min 60% remaining), packaging integrity, label accuracy.
Approved products are shelved in the appropriate zone (ambient/chilled/frozen) and go live on the Blinkit app within hours.
