    About the Role

    We're seeking a detail-oriented Cataloguing Specialist to create, optimize, and maintain product listings across multiple e-commerce marketplaces. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' products are presented accurately and compellingly to drive conversions and sales.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create and upload product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplaces
    • Write compelling product titles, descriptions, and bullet points following SEO best practices
    • Conduct keyword research to optimize product discoverability
    • Ensure product information accuracy (specifications, dimensions, features)
    • Coordinate with design teams for product images and A+ content
    • Maintain catalog consistency across multiple marketplaces
    • Update product information based on inventory changes
    • Monitor and fix listing errors or suppression issues
    • Follow marketplace guidelines and compliance requirements
    • Perform quality checks on all product listings before going live

    Requirements

    • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce cataloguing or content writing
    • Strong understanding of Amazon and Flipkart listing requirements
    • Excellent written English with strong copywriting skills
    • Experience with bulk upload templates and marketplace tools
    • Knowledge of SEO principles for product optimization
    • Proficiency in Excel for data management
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to manage multiple product catalogs simultaneously
    • Understanding of different product categories and attributes
    • Bachelor's degree in any field

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with A+ Content and Brand Store creation
    • Knowledge of image editing tools (Photoshop, Canva)
    • Understanding of marketplace algorithm and ranking factors
    • Experience with catalog management software
    • Familiarity with international marketplace standards
